Bargara Taste Bundaberg Festival Nelson Beach appears to be well-designed, but the entire program, including the culinary festival, is not well advertised; just a small percentage of Bundaberg locals attend. As with most council checkbox projects, they weren't highly publicised beyond scattering hording and banners.Could've been more effective.
